REKO cardset loader for Photogenics.

With this loader you can load REKO cardset images directly into
Photogenics. You can load the cardset simply by selecting the
.REKO file with the Photogenics file requester. On loading, you
are asked to select a card.

All varieties of REKO cardsets (HAM8, HAM, 16 colour, etc) are
supported.

If I get enough interest, I'll add in support for creating
REKO cardsets into the next version.

TO install: Simply copy reko.gio into your photogenics:data/gio
directory.
